Avid DVD (Sonic) always works great for us. Even from HD sequences, it looks great. Send to DVD Authoring right from Avid.

I exported a QT reference from Avid and used in Squeeze (which took forever to format) and then just burned in Studio Pro. But the video looks fuzzy and goes in and out of blur. First attempt in Squeeze left me with a 6gig video file which failed in DVD burn so I set the size down to 3 gigs in Squeeze and went again. But as I say, its funky video.
