Hey Gang,
First, a picture of the issue (link below), then I'll tell you what I've tried so far.
PSD file and .png test files are both RGB Color Space.
Imported Result on the Left...
Original (as I want/need) on the Right...
Import Settings...
Project Format is set to: 1080i/59.94 + 709 Color Space.

I've tried:
1- Importing the same .png and .psd layered file on both a v5.5 and a v6.0.1.1 MC Mac System.
2- Importing with the Format Color Space set to RGB.
I have never had a shift this drastic before.
Any thoughts or remedies?
