[Avid-L2] Avid effects quandry

 

Hi - this is for MC 5.5

Want to apply 3 sapphire effects to a series of still images (on V2) with a push between them, over a graphic background (on V1). The stills are not full-frame.

1) How do I apply the effects & transitions to the stills without effecting the background layer?

2) Is there a way to apply all 3 effects at once, or even better to a range?
