As a native user of Both formats, there are some wonderful and useful
things on both platforms. Right Click and Scroll Wheel while on the Mac,
have always IMHO been better integrated into the Windows World. That being
said, diving through 4 or 5 screens to get to my TCP/IP settings in Windows
is infuriating at times. Not to mention drive letters. If you work off a
bunch of externals (SATA, USB, or Firewire) I suggest usbdlm for reserving
letters to specific drives - http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbdlm_e.html

Basically, give yourself a wide berth. There will be times when you go
Wow, that's awesome. And then there are going to be times when you want to
throw your mouse/trackball/waccom through your monitor. But in the end,
it's just another tool you learn to use the way you want to.
