I'm not having that particular issue. I've been copy pasting away, at least for effect template names, with no problem. Sounds like v.6 is very buggy and inconsistent.

Seriously? That would be unworkable for me. 'The Avid' concept is a database
with editing tools wrapped around it, now imagine a spreadsheet where you cannot
copy cells or columns. Pointless!
