[Avid-L2] Cant AMA ProRes to PC

 

Avid Symphony v5.5.3 Z800 64bit I have a ProRes QT (regular PR) that opens fine on a mac. I can't AMA this into my Symphony. It comes in offline. I have the codec installed. I downloaded a Prores codec and during install it said I have a newer version already installed. Any ideas?
