I listed my export settings from a normal export. I wasn't clear when he ment export settings from the squeeze menu within avid.
After mixing down all of my tracks, everything seems to be working fine.
I appreciate all of the help from everyone!

For clarification:
These guys here are all talking and wondering about something called a
"QuickTime Reference" file. That's a specific kind of QuickTime file that
merely refers to the pieces of Avid media it is made up from.
I think Zach is concerned with making a "reference QuickTime", something
that is a turn of phrase, usually meaning low-res file for web viewing or
handing off to an audio mix.
If I'm wrong about my assumptions, it wouldn't be any worse than asking a
question on a public forum and then ignoring all the advice and potential
help...
