don't know about the 2tb, but the 1tb G-raid mini has been flawless and fast. Don't know of anything bigger that's bus powered, but I suppose it's possible. I suppose the G-raid mini goes to 1.5 TB, since it uses 2 notebook drives, and those currently max out at 750.
