Epic support was introduced in MC v6.
You need to upgrade your software(and OS).

just got a load of Red Epic files on a drive, and when i try to AMA the folder i get a "Get Metadata can't load clip error" when i try to bring it into an HD project. project settings are 1080p / 23.976. i'm new to working natively with Red in the Avid.
tried AMA'ing the files, same issue.
