[Avid-L2] Pan and Zoom incompatibility between ver 6 and previous versions?

Okay I think I'm going to get to upgrade the symphony I work on and I'm DYING to hook up my new Artist Color to it to see how it works on a real show.  I know there are varying degrees of satisfaction with Artist Color but I'm still seeing how it could speed up some of my color correction.  The problem I see is the incompatibility of Pan and Zoom from previous versions.  I've tested on the mac and the move comes through from ver. 4.0.5 SNDX tio MCsoft 6.0 on my MBP but there is no way to input a still to the prebuilt move.  I see the keyframes and the move but only a black screen.  Creating a  new pan and zoom on v 6 lets me input the still.  I know this is due to the change in under the hood required for the lack of a 64 bit QT for windows and that seems to carry over to the mac side.  THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM!!!  My solution might have to be to set up multiple boot drives to afford the panel for color correction then bounce back to 5.5 for the
rest but that's not very elegant.  I'm trying really hard here to support the new platform and tools but this is making it very hard.  PLEASE AVID CAN I HAVE PAN AND ZOOM PLUS MY NEWLY FOUND FRIEND THE ARTIST COLOR?  Now that I've had multiple track balls in my hand, well I'm a different man.  ;-)
