In jesting is something completely different.

You basically have three choices: stick with Avid (for the easiest support, since they can't blame problems on someone else), Blackmagic or AJA.

I think most people would agree that Blackmagic and AJA both make good products, but AJA probably has the better record of support. Depends on your budget and your personal preferences. Also depends on whether you want to integrate with DaVinci Resolve for color correction. Then your decision is very clearly Blackmagic.
