I'm crossing my fingers that this is going to work consistantly with MC,
but it has not been the case with all 64bit apps running in 32 bit mode.
Last week I found I could not activate and run the latest TIger MetaSan
software unless the box was booted in 64bit. There was no way around
this.
It may be permissions issues. Or networking issues. It may be the
"quality" of the code. But I no longer trust that any 64bit app will be
function 100% on the 32bit kernel.
Knut, any thoughts on this?
