Just got off the phone (with "far-Eastern" Europe). Now I'll have wait 24hrs to see if an email comes with the correct act. ID.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my customer. If we can't unwrap it tomorrow, I think I'll be standing in line at the returns counter. ;-)
