1- Create a new project.
2- Create some tone media on, or import something to, the drive with the wonky files.
3- That will make sure that a valid Avid MediaFiles folder and structure is in place.
4- If a new Avid MediaFiles folder is created, move the other media files into their proper place in there.
5- MC should then rebuild the databases and hopefully everything will link.
