We had 5 Adrenaline Systems at our film school and upgraded them to 3x Nitris DX and 2x Mojo DX about a year ago.
--> The Upgrade price was awesome, about 5k Euro (plus tax) for each Adrenaline to Nitris DX UPG and about 3k Euro for each UPG to Mojo DX!
This was an official Avid offer in Germany which included one year Priority Support and we also could keep our Dongles!!! :-)
If possible avoid using 3rd party hardware - you'll have less headache with a Nitris DX or Mojo DX!
Upgrade pricing is different depending on where you're located and whether they have a special offer.. Talk to your sales rep or reseller!

PS: If you have academic Avid systems, there's no upgrade path at all, because the academic prices are quite low. Therefore we bought non-EDU Adrenaline systems back in 2004.. ;-)
