[Avid-L2] Mojo SDI with Keyspan USA-28XG Frame inaccuracy?

I remember many thinking that when the Keyspan adapters became ROHS compliant they became frame inaccurate but I've never been able to reliably test and prove that.  What I do see on several MCsoft 3.13 mac OS 10.5.8 ish systems with Mojo SDI is a 1 frame offset when capturing the SD SDI out of an SRW-5500 with 1080i 59.94 sources.  I did 30 test edits and they were all 1 frame off requiring the time code on the capture clips to be incremented 1 frame to be accurate.  Other times there is drift in both directions capturing from digibeta and Panny 1200,1400 and DVCPro 50 decks.  All these machines capture frame accurately on my mac SNDX 4.0.5 with the exact same keyspan USA-28XG.  I'm pretty darn convinced the frame accuracy problem is not with the keyspan but the mojo sdi and firewire on macs.  My experience with pc mc softs has been more reliable in terms of frame accuracy.  Those don't use keyspan but the rosetta stones etc..  (I'm not near any
of those systems for exact model numbers but I've used avid self contained and the bigger pigtailed models I think from Addenda?)  Can anyone else confirm they've had frame accuracy problems with mac based mojo sdi units.  I'm tempted to suggest we get some mojo dx's to avoid the firewire induced frame errors or at least suggest a test with one of those units to see.  Any experiences out their would be appreciated.  I'm not really addressing potential driver versions only because on my SNDX things work correctly, perhaps this is short sighted but it seems reasonable to me.
