The other thing that causes that issue is actually being out of memory in the application. It's funny that the poster was looking at his drive space, that's not what is happening. And his solution, delete databases, didn't really solve his issue. Restarting the MC which flushed the RAM did.
This is a perfect example of someone solving a problem, and Avid posting it as a solution, without actually solving THE problem.
If you ever see this message, check your RAM usage (gone in V6 by the way) and you'll see it is at least at 60 percent.
