Hello all

I had trouble with the same deck but at 1080 going in to a DS ( also aja ) and it was the fact the deck was putting out 60i not 59.94i ( menu option 030 I think from memory ). Not sure about the MC but it seems that the DS as both 60 and 59.94
Like I say it was 1080 and I'm sure you tried it.
Hope It may help.
But I this TC comment are a good way to go.

Walter,

In the 720P project, modify the sequence to 720P 59.94 (in case Avid thinks it's something else) then decompose. Try batching those clips.
