The email from Blackmagic seems to say DNxHD is included in Resolve Lite:
"We are also updating DaVinci Resolve Lite today, and we are now offering unlimited nodes of color correction in the free version, and DNxHD support is also now built in. This means you can do much more complex color correction than before without needing to buy the full US$995 version of DaVinci Resolve Software."
