[Avid-L2] MC 5.5 upgrade from 5.x registration?

 

I purchased the 5.X to 5.5X from the Avid site and got it today, very prompt given I ordered it last Thursday night.  After updating the dongle I launched Avid but got the 5000 error caused by AIR digidesign plugins.  I resolved that but when I successfully launched Avid it didn't ask me to register it.  IIRC after an update I've usually been prompted to register when launching the first time.  I'm concerned that I need to register the software to facilitate the included upgrade to mc 6 in a few weeks.  Perhaps because I purchased from the Avid store the registration is automatic.  I'd ping Marianna directly on this but I thought others might find the answer helpful.
