[Avid-L2] Cannot Capture because the tape is not a 59.94 tape.

Here's a stumper that we've been asking around for help.

FCP project cut and finished in 2008. All of the media is offline because I want to recapture everything fresh in DNxHD instead of using the original DVCPro HD media.

Opened the project in FCP 7 and used Automatic Duck to create an AAF (also tried this with OMF) of the final master sequence.

Imported the AAF (and OMF) into Media Composer.

Sequence opens up perfectly and I have a bin of all the raw clips.

Panasonic AJ-HD1400 VTR is connected to an AJA Kona 3 board. Deck is controlled via RS-422.

The VTR is in 720 / 59.94 mode, the AJA Control Panel confirms that it's sending a 720 / 59.94 signal to the system.

I select some clips in the Bin and say "Batch Capture."

First window comes up, and I say "Ok"

Then we get an error, "Cannot capture because the tape is not a 59.94 tape."

It's the original tape, I hit play on the VTR and double check the AJA Control panel. Still a 720 / 59.94 signal with the tape playing.

Any thoughts on why Avid would give us the error when we seem to have everything set up correctly on our end? Thanks!
