I believe the Mojo is integrated into the software, though- don't think of it as a firewire converter as Protools uses a proprietary driver for Mojo- no 'regular' firewire out. If you have the mojo on when you launch the application, you should see the application initializing the 'video engine,' which is the mojo. (If I recall correctly.)
I've just launched the PT system and I'll look at the settings (we're on 9, but that shouldn't make a difference.)
