As far as I am aware Avid don't currently support Lion on ISIS. There is the ISIS gateway if you have it and would like to copy files to and from the ISIS. ( disclaimer: I have not seen one in action yet )
Other wise you will need to back rev your edit system to 10.6.

can someone send me a copy of avid isis client that's compatible w/ osx lion. The company I'm working at edit w/ windows and have only isis for windows support. i got a mac and would like to edit on my mac but need isis client. any help would be appreciated.
