I've already downloaded the trial earlier this year. And yeah, I would want to use BCC etc.
What I am going to do is just cut the project in FCP.
Say what you will about Apple, but for the many installs of FCP I've done over the years never once did I have any kind of problem getting ahold of it, installing and getting to work. I don't even know if Apple's help is good or bad because I've never needed it to get cutting.
Whereas, every Avid experience has been a soul-crushing nightmare.
That website. That super unfriendly guy - the only person you could actually get on the phone. Arvato systems (Avid can't be bothered to actually sell the product to you. They outsource). Even in the post-houses - the poor techs trying to get their paid support.
I'm embarrassed that I've been telling Post-Supes, Producers, Editors & Colleagues
