It's an H264 mp4 (1004 x 420) at about 2Mb/s - file size is 14.3MB.
Top quality quality source material like this helps, but more
important (as Phillip has previously explained on this list) is proper
pre-processing - like scaling and colour balance - before compression.
I see no reason why this couldn't have been created by Squeeze or
Compressor.
