Glad my post was helpful (an coherent enough). Two other things we
plan on doing:

-Have a tech contact who has and has (mostly) read a PDF copy of the
user manual. So if someone calls in a semi-panic, we can quickly guide
them back to productivity.

-Give each operator a one-page sheet survival. Come evitare
Avvitamento La Pooch.
