For what it's worth: I had used my Adrenaline HD
from Ver 1,3 all the way up through Ver 5,.03r.
What I found was that when hooked into a Unity
system I experienced all the problems talked about
on the list. But when using only my local fiber
channal storage it was quick and responsive and
relatively stable. It was also capable of multiple
steams of 220x media. I did a test and diged some
material using the Adrenaline in 5.5.1. It worked
but I never pushed it any further than that.
