If you're mixing into an sd sequence, go to bin headings (not at machine, I think that's what it's called) and select 'choose column,' then add the 'reformat' column to your AMA bin. Click on the word in the column itself, (i think the default is stretch) and you'll get a pulldown that allows you to change the aspect ratio.
