Sounds like a bad clip to me. Unfortunately the standard would be to
dupe the sequence and and start dropping chunks, In this case I would
create a new sequence and use you original as source. Try and edit the
entire sequence over if that works. Try duping the new sequence. If that
does not work cut it in half vertically or horizontally until the
objection dissapppears rinse and repeat until you find the problem.
I have seen this happen where the very last frame of a clip has been
used. YMMV
