[Avid-L2] Re: What is the latest MC version?

 

That's a strange problem. I've never seen a managed router setting that related to individual files sizes.

I'm assuming you've tested downloading with Firefox, Chrome and IE -- and that you've tested those three browsers on multiple computing platforms in your facility.

And, I assume you are downloading to a drive whose file system is compatible with >2GB files.

After that, there's not much I can think of beyond it being an ISP issue -- but I've not heard of 2GB "caps" before.

Have you tried downloading the files at a different location -- and using a different ISP -- than your work location?

If that's still not working -- and you're really in a bind -- I could download the files you need (PC / MAC) and mail you a DVD.
