Hi there,
We have a problem where an MC has gradually got painfully slow in starting
up and in doing anything. The project is all AMA and the media is on a NAS.
If we unplug the network then performance is back to normal. When it starts
up it waits for a very long time on initializing AMA . Even if we remove the
NAS then it's still slow. And using a different project is just as slow.
I imagine the AMA is scanning the whole network.
There is some people on the avid forums discussing this but no solutions
apart from disconnect the network which is quite extreme and not really
practical.
Anyone got any thoughts or is this fixed in later versions we are on 5.03 PC
