We're not trying to whack you for another $200. On the contrary, the copy of Squeeze that you purchased includes a complimentary one-year subscription to 360. Maybe we didn't do a good job of informing you of this at time of purchase or activation? In any case, feel free to contact me off-list (ddudas at sorensonmedia dot com) and I will be happy to assist.
If you're not interested in using the included 360 account, there are several non-360 AVC presets available under the "Formats" tab in Squeeze. We also have an online repository of presets that can be downloaded for free at http://exchange.sorensonmedia.com.
