That's in large part the crux of the problem. I imagine that's why the DS users are so disheartened with Avid. Compare that to the push Autodesk is putting behind Smoke-Mac.

By comparison, Adobe just released their update for RED EPIC for Premiere Pro, After Effects and AME (CS 5.5).
