Unfortunately, lot's of lines start with a number, the timecode.
Not sure if that can be corrected easily.
Of course, this was never a problem before.

We had trouble with script sync yesterday also.
Turns out if any line begins with a number this will crash the system.
There are apparently other magic words that will kill it also - but I don't know
that there is a full list anywhere.
However - beginning a line with a number WILL.
