7" is highly unlikely.
Jobs is on record as saying that anything smaller than the current model is
too small. I'd agree with the others who've chimed in already that an SD
slot is also unlikely, as much as I wish you were right. Not sure why you
would even need Thunderbolt on an iPad, since USB is fast enough for
everything onboard.
