I put a 320GB 7200rpm WD Black something-or-other (I forget exactly) a year ago - all good. I have three partitions but have FCP 7.0.3 and Mc 5.0.3.x on one (10.6.5) and I am just checking out MC 5.5 on another partition with OS 10.6.6.
