Re: [Avid-L2] 5D/7D timecode import bug with AMA and QTChange combo

 

I'm sure it's obvious to you what "SETUP FPS" means -- but you wrote the
program. It wasn't obvious to me, unfortunately. The setting doesn't
behave like the rest of the program -- it doesn't highlight green when
you change it, and the setting isn't reflected in the status display at
the bottom of the screen. Perhaps that would be a good thing -- a
column in the status area labeled something like "timecode FPS" that
displays what you have chosen in the Setup menu. Otherwise it is very
easy to overlook.

I still think if "SETUP FPS" defaulted to the "original" setting, you
would prevent a lot of potential problems.
