Afternoon everyone,
I've just taken the plunge and bought a licence for PhraseFind, which
comes with a free upgrade to MC5.5. Thing is, I remember after a bunch
of us complained that we'd had ScriptSync taken away when we upgraded to
MC5, we were given a licence. We were told, however, that for the next
release, we'd need to pay full price if we wanted to continue using
ScriptSync.
Can anyone at Avid tell me if that means when I apply this upgrade, I'll
lose my ScriptSync functionality? Or will that happen with the next
FULL release?
Also, while I'm here, I'd assumed that Symphony 5.5 would be released
yesterday too, but it seems to be on hold. Does anyone know when, and
how much it'll cost for the upgrade from 5 to 5.5?
Pip pip.
