[Avid-L2] HD upgrade for MacBookPRO

 

I just got a refurb MacBook Pro 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
As per the Avid system requirements, this will run MC 5.5, I just need to upgrade the HD from the standard 5400rpm to a 7200rpm.
Does anyone have any suggestions for which make or model would work best ? Also anything a the new SSD drives - could I use one in place of the HD ?
