[Avid-L2] AJA Io Box and 23.98

Has any one had any issues loading footage using the AJA Io box at 23.98 into a
MC 5.5 system? Client's getting

"Exception HWSK error: A frame-rate problem has been detected with your attached
hardware. Please save your work and reboot system to restore performance."

They are loading using a J3 HDCAM I haven't taken a look at their system yet but
I wanted to be prepared before I was able to check it out.

Thanks,
