Not entirely. "TSN" was a big-bucks studio film that involved two editors, VFX, assistants, file-based workflows and shared storage. This is supposed to be Avid's strong point and often a niche in which FCP is criticized. Although many Avid editors might not like the way FCP handles such collaboration, it is nevertheless a validation for the product.

Even though quite a few FCP-cut films have been in nomination in recent years - and even a few have won in other categories or in documentaries - this puts the product into better regard by those who don't edit for a living. For instance, directors, producers, agencies, etc. Plus, it's been the editors' NLE of choice for several films now.
