Re: [Avid-L2] Re: modifying clips in interplay

I wasn't very clear when I mentioned Clips in the plural. Several tapes were
ingested, each tape being one big clip. The problem is the break in TC
between different scenes on the tape is less than 1 sec and there's no
pre-roll. Add to that the fact that some scenes have been recorded without
the required amount of time between 'Action' and the actors doing their
bit.

Like I mentioned, if the clips are on the local drives without having been
checked in, they can be modified normally. If they've been checked in, I/P
doesn't permit modifications - specially TC. I've suggested consolidating
these seqs. from IP to local drives, modifying the TC at the end and then
checking these 'new' clips and the 'new' seq. into IP. Does that sound like
it might work? I'll know later on today.
