Besides the technical cost, an RT translator does it in, well, RT.
And they get paid very little.
So, you can get roll on captions for 140 bucks if you look around.
BUT, they will suck, roll on is never intended for non-live shows.
To get it decent, think 1 USD per page, about 600 pages an hour, that will
be 1200 USD to get it right.

Lot of money? 5% of the average audience needs captionining.
So it is quite cheap to expand your potential viewers / increase ratings /
appreciation..
