I would give them a .DPX or .tif stream. If there is corruption on any frame
in the QT, it could cause major headaches trying to open. Plus you will
avoid issues with gamma shifts.

I would think the 4K ProRes would be 4X the 2K size, I don¹t see any ability
to compensate for size with a more compressed image.
