Expect to pay upwards of 2 grand for the DolbyE decoding.

OK, I know "free" is for amatures, but does anyone know of a free app that will let me check to see if a Dolby E stream is correct? A down and dirty decoder that might be available on the interweb? Any other way to do this on any of the new versions of Avid Symphony/DS or FCP products?
