If you're looking for the numbers, it's a multiplier of 1.333 (or its
reciprocal 0.75, depending on which axis you're looking at).

Aspect does not change if you do a center cut.
A cicle will still be a circle, and a square will still be a square.
Now if the titles are not in the 4:3 safe area, you can use Pan and Scan.
(You should do that anyways to get at least a bit of proper framing) If it
then does not fit either, tell your client you need extra budget to fix
things, and do whatever is needed...
