[Avid-L2] Watch folder setup for Avid Unity/Rhozet Carbon Coder?

 

Does anyone else than me have a compression setup based on watch folders that are automatically being encoded by Rhozet Carbon Coder?
We have a strange, systematical error where the Carbon Coder encodes two files for each Quicktime masterfile landing in its watch folder setup.
I realise this is on the outskirts of this list, so please contact me off list if you are able to help.

Rhozet Carbon Coder v. 3.16 on Windows Server 2003R3 x64 machine.
Unity 5.13.
Fiber connected.
