Has anyone sorted out where the rendered media for a QT reference export goes for an AV file? I went to export a QT reference of an hour long HD show the other night and I realized I needed to put the render on a bigger drive as my main drive was getting full. The first time I started the export it put the rendered material back on the original source drive which I aborted out of. I then went to media creations and directed everything to the new empty drive. I started the qt ref again but couldn't tell where the media was going. I stopped as the need for the qt had changed. I did notice some files on the new drive but I'm not sure if the were from the 2nd aborted qt ref. Does anybody know for sure if a qt ref export will place the rendered media based on settings in media creations or does it just revert to effects source drive? I'll do more tests when I can on my system but was curious if somebody already knows for sure.
