Actually, Da Vinci said it first.
I think Leonardo and Walter went to high school together. One day Leonardo drew pictures on the sides of his notebook and invented the first flip book movie. Later, he drew up plans for the first flatbed made out of wood and leather pulleys and gave it to Walter. The rest is history.
