mins, if you open from sequence, you only save the length you had in
the sequence. hth
Whoa. If you modify the title in the sequence via Effects Mode, a new title is by default created in the sequence bin when you click on "Save" as you exit Title tool. AKAIK, that title is just as long as any other. Also, if you opt for 'Save As" from the file menu, you can give the modified title a different name and save it to the bin of your choice, once again creating a 2 minute title. I'm not in front of a system, but I remember that Avid always saves a full length title no matter how you modify. The only time you get a shorter length is if you save a title template, a totally different process.
